SARA MCCLENDON PROMOTED TO ACC'T MGR AT RHEA + KAISER, SUSIE WHITE JOINS THE AGENCY

Rhea + Kaiser (R+K) announces the promotion of one Account Manager in Public Relations (PR) and the addition of one new employee in Account Management + Planning (AMP).
Sara McClendon has been promoted from Account Manager, PR, to Senior Account Manager, PR. She will serve as the day-to-day client contact for PR, primarily on the Bayer account and working with corn and soy markets. In addition to working with clients, McClendon will write and pitch press releases, work with account spokespeople to set up interviews and create content.
"Sara brings so much to R+K, from her ag expertise to her previous agency experience working with customer advocacy programs for Monsanto. We really look forward to her leadership as she moves forward with Bayer and her ability to take ownership of content development and project management," said agency Account Director and Associate PR Director Amy McEvoy.
McClendon joined R+K in June 2017 as an Account Manager.
R+K welcomes Susie White to the agency as Account Director, AMP. White will be a point person on the Bayer account, primarily responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of integration across brands and initiatives. Prior to R+K, White was a V.P. at global PR agency MSL, where she led the integrated plan development of brands for KitchenAid and Mazola Corn Oil. She also comes with healthcare and education advertising experience, having worked with Chamberlain College of Nursing.
