NUTRIEN REBRANDS ITS RETAIL BUSINESS AS NUTRIEN AG SOLUTIONS

LOVELAND, Colo. (July 9, 2018)-Nutrien Ltd. (Nutrien) has officially rebranded its retail business to Nutrien Ag Solutions, aligning the company's retail operations across the globe. The rebrand also features the roll out of an integrated digital platform designed to empower growers to effectively manage their agronomic and commercial needs. The new brand initiative kicked off as of July 1, 2018.

"As our customers' needs evolve, so will our products, services and solutions," said Chuck Magro, President and CEO of Nutrien. "Nutrien Ag Solutions represents Nutrien's commitment to stay ahead of our growers' needs and partner in their business to enhance their returns."

The Nutrien Ag Solutions brand unites more than 1,500 agricultural retail locations in Nutrien's international network, strengthening the company's mission to help growers maximize their crop production in a sustainable manner. The name change will be applied in stages through the end of 2018 across all offices and operating facilities in North and South America that hold the names: Crop Production Services, Agroservicios Pampeanos and Utilfertil.

Rolling out in phases into mid-2019, Nutrien Ag Solutions' new digital platform is designed to enhance the brand's industry-leading distribution network, agronomic advice and services. The platform provides growers with an easy to use, all-in-one digital service hub, enabling customers to interact with agronomists and field service representatives seamlessly.
