KRONE TO MOVE ITS NORTH AMERICAN HEADQUARTERS TO MISSISSIPPI
Source: Krone North America news release

Krone, a manufacturer and distributor of hay and forage equipment, is relocating its North American headquarters and parts distribution operations from Memphis, Tenn. to Olive Branch, Miss. Investing $1.5 million and moving 45 jobs to the north Mississippi location, the move is planned to begin by the end of this year.

"As Krone has continued to grow in North America, we realized the need for a larger, specially-built facility to better serve our employee, dealer and customer needs," says Dietz Lankhorst, president and CEO of Krone North America. "And we knew we wanted to remain in the mid-south region.

"So, moving just down the road to Olive Branch makes good sense. We look forward to being a good corporate citizen in the north Mississippi area."

Krone North America will lease a 265,000 square-foot space of a new building that will consolidate its two warehouse operations into one building. This state-of-the-art facility will greatly enhance parts and equipment deliveries, pickup and shipping, and parts inventory management.
