During 2020, Agri Marketing's Ag Stock Index finished the year up 13%. That compares to the Dow Jones Industrial Index up 7%, S&P 500 up 16% and NASDAQ up 43%.

The Agri Marketing Ag Stock Index is composed of a portfolio of 29 publicly traded companies with significant agricultural interests.

Since its inception on January 1, 2006, the Agri Marketing Ag Stock Index has gained 165%. That compares to the Dow's gain of 337%, the S&P 500's gain of 352% and NASDAQ's gain of 506%.

The Ag Stock Index's five largest gainers in the first half of 2020 were:

1. Trimble +59%

2. Deere & Co. +55%

3. Art's -Way Manufacturing +54%

4. Tractor Supply Co. +53%

5. Lindsay Corp. $34%

Those posting the largest losses were:

1. Intrepid Potash (35%)

2. Bayer (24%)

3. Buhler Industries (22%)

4. American Vanguard (19%)

5. CF Industries (18%)

Other notables:
