U.S. JUNE TRACTOR SALES DOWN 8%, COMBINE SALES UP 25% Jul. 12, 2022 Agri Marketing magazine reports: According to the Association of Equipment Manufacturer's monthly "Flash Report," the sale of all tractors during June, 2022 in the U.S. were down 8% from the same month last year. In June, a total of 27,426 tractors were sold which compares to 29,892 sold in 2021. For the month, two-wheel drive smaller tractors (under 40 HP) were down 10% from last year, while 40 & under 100 HP were down 7%. Sales of 2-wheel drive 100+ HP were up 10%, while 4-wheel drive tractors were down 3%. For the year, two-wheel drive smaller tractors (under 40 HP) are down 16% from last year, while 40 & under 100 HP are down 12%. Sales of 2-wheel drive 100+ HP are up 10%, while 4-wheel drive tractors are down 11%. Combine sales in June totaled 629 up 25% from last year.
