JENNIFER CARRICO JOINS DTN TO LEAD ITS LIVESTOCK COVERAGE

DTN/Progressive Farmer is proud to announce the hiring of veteran editor Jennifer Carrico as Senior Livestock Editor. Carrico will lead livestock coverage on DTN's digital network and within Progressive Farmer's CattleLink edition as former Senior Editor Victoria G. Myers retires in December.
Carrico was editor of Wallaces Farmer, and she has reported for High Plains Journal and Iowa Farmer Today.
Just as importantly, this award-winning journalist knows the cattle business by living it. She currently runs the beef cattle operation on her family's Heritage Farm near Redfield, Iowa, where she proudly notes her children are the sixth generation to grow up on the farm.
"Progressive Farmer magazine has long had strong readership in the livestock segment, especially among the cow/calf and feeder cattle producers across the country," said Greg Horstmeier, DTN Editor-in-chief. "Our digital readership data show that livestock producers of all types turn to DTN digital platforms daily for the latest market, production and business-management content.
