Jan. 17, 2024 Source: Brock Associates news release
David has been with Brock Associates since 2014, learning the business from the ground up in roles including marketing advisor, writer, business strategist and presenter at our seminars. Company founder Richard Brock announced the transition to attendees our winter seminars in December. After more than 40 years, Brock Associates' strong business and legacy will now be in the hands of his son. "Our time on the road makes it clear that the relationships Richard has built are an important part of his success," David said. "I hope to maintain and grow these relationships. In a space where our competitors are going out of business or being rolled up into large clearing houses, I am dedicated to remaining an independent family business for the next 40 years. This is not possible without your support." As Brock Associates enters its fifth decade, in 2024 we will be adding some services for subscribers and consulting clients, including a phone application, new mediums for our news and analysis, and a minor facelift to our consulting programs. But the company's mission will remain unchanged: Providing producers and associates with everything they need to make confident and informed marketing decisions. Richard will continue to be an active part of the business, and we will continue to benefit from his experience. Our team includes consultants from Texas to Minnesota and Florida to Wisconsin, along with researchers and writers provide you with market intelligence, perspective, and actionable information. The front office staff that many of you interact with are all staying. David said that Brock Associates is now in a growth phase looking to 'add acres,' so if you or someone you know are in the research, consulting or brokage space, give us a ring as we are looking to add talented individuals to our already great team. "This is an exciting time for Brock Associates" David Brock said. "As we transition to a new era, we want to know what you think - what works, what doesn't, how we can provide you with more value. We are excited for what comes next." David holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a M.S. in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University, as well as an M.B.A. from Indiana University. Prior to joining Brock Associates in 2014 he worked as a territory manager for Rockwell Automation in Kentucky. He has worked as a consultant and broker, as Milwaukee Brock Investor Services branch manager and Director of Marketing for Brock Associates. David and his wife Kim have four children and reside in the Milwaukee suburbs. Tweet |
