FLORIDA LEGISLATURE PASSES BILL BANNING THE SALE OF LAB GROWN MEAT

The Florida Legislature wrapped up their session last Friday, but before they did, a bill banning lab grown meat received final approval and will head to the governor for signing.
An 86-27 vote in the House approved Senate Bill 1084, making several changes related to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer services
The bill would make it a second-degree misdemeanor to sell or manufacture lab-grown meat.
