CHS, GROWMARK DISCONTINUE THEIR JOINT VENTURE DISCUSSIONS

After two and a half months of talks, GROWMARK and CHS ended discussions into a possible joint business venture.
In mid-January, the boards of directors of the two cooperatives announced they had jointly agreed to conduct an exploratory process to identify opportunities to further collaborate to better serve owners, customers and the cooperative system into the future.
The two farmer-owned cooperatives have had a long-standing relationship. Teams from GROWMARK and CHS have collaborated on several strategic projects.
