![]() Jan. 14, 2025 Agri Marketing magazine reports: According to the Association of Equipment Manufacturer's monthly "Flash Report," total sales of all tractors in Canada during December, 2024 were 2,235, down 3% from 2023. For the month, two-wheel drive smaller tractors (under 40 HP) were up 7% from last year, while 40 & under 100 HP were down 9%. Sales of 2-wheel drive 100+ HP were down 12%, while 4-wheel drive tractors were down 37%. Total number of combines sold for the month was 101, down 37% for the month. For the year, two-wheel drive smaller tractors (under 40 HP) were down 16% from 2023, while 40 & under 100 HP were down 21%. Sales of 2-wheel drive 100+ HP were down 11%, while 4-wheel drive tractors were up 4%. Total number of combines sold for the year were 1,774, a decrease of 14% over the same period in 2023.
