Fort Atkinson, WI - W.D. Hoard Company, publisher of Hoard's Dairyman magazine is pleased to announce the appointment of Kylene Anderson as Managing Editor, who is the seventh individual to fill this role in the magazine's 140-year history.

"Anderson brings a wealth of dairy experience and leadership to the Hoard's Dairyman editorial team, marking an exciting new chapter for the publication," said W.D. Hoard Company president, Brian Knox. "She is exceptionally qualified to be our next managing editor and joins a distinguished lineup that started with W.D. Hoard himself," he added.

Graduating from University of Wisconsin-Madison with degrees in Dairy Science and Ag Journalism, Anderson spent much of her career at ABS Global, Inc., DeForest, Wisconsin, managing global dairy and beef genetics marketing. Additionally, she managed marketing and communications for dairy clients at Filament Marketing, Madison, Wisconsin.

As Managing Editor, Anderson and her editorial team will work with the dairy industry's top minds to provide U.S. dairy producers with the highest levels of education, information, guidance, and insight for profitable milk production.

"Anderson's background in the dairy industry runs deep," said Brian Knox. "Her passion and effective communications capabilities form a natural foundation for the role of managing editor of Hoard's Dairyman," he added.
