U.S. SALES OF AG TRACTORS DOWN 16%, COMBINES DOWN 79% IN JANUARY

Agri Marketing magazine reports:
According to the Association of Equipment Manufacturer's monthly "Flash Report," the sale of all tractors during January 2025, in the U.S. were down 16% from the same month last year.
In January, a total of 9,143 tractors were sold which compares to 10,860 sold in 2024.
For the month, two-wheel drive smaller tractors (under 40 HP) were down 11% from last year, while 40 & under 100 HP were down 16%. Sales of 2-wheel drive 100+ HP were down 27%, while 4-wheel drive tractors were down 55%.
Combine sales in January totaled 97 down 79% from last year.
