CNH, the parent company to Case IH, New Holland and other brands, and Maschio Gaspardo, an Italian manufacturing company, have announced a new cooperation and licensing agreement for the distribution and supply of New Holland branded mowers, mower conditioners, tedders and rotary rakes in Europe, including parts supply and service.

The aim of this new partnership with Maschio Gaspardo, which will handle the distribution and supply of this New Holland branded equipment, is to ensure that New Holland customers continue to receive high-quality hay and forage solutions, along with enhanced support and service, according to an April 4 news release issued by New Holland.

This collaboration is further emphasized by the new partnership, which will see both companies co-define future products in line with customer needs, with Maschio Gaspardo leading the engineering efforts.

The expanded cooperation underlines the commitment of both companies to innovation, quality, and customer-centric solutions in the crop preparation implement industry.

Maschio Gaspardo is a global leader in the production of machines for soil preparation, seeding, fertilization, crop protection, green maintenance, and haymaking. Based in Italy and founded in Campodarsego (PD) in 1964 by brothers Egidio and Giorgio Maschio, the company employs 2,000 people worldwide across 8 production plants, 3 of which are located abroad, and operates through 13 commercial subsidiaries (Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Turkey, Russia, North America, the United Kingdom, China, India, and Romania), according to a company news release.
