LEGACY SEEDS CORN AND SOYBEAN BUSINESS JOINS THE MUSTANG SEEDS TEAM
Source: Mustang Seed news release

Madison, SD -- Mustang Seeds is proud to announce that the corn and soybean business of Legacy Seeds, recently acquired by GDM, will transition to join the Mustang Seeds brand. This marks an exciting new chapter for both organizations and reinforces Mustang Seeds' commitment to serving farmers with personalized service, high-quality products and trusted agronomic support.

Founded in 1999 in Waupaca, Wisconsin, Legacy Seeds has built a strong reputation for excellence in corn and soybean seed offerings, with a customer base spanning South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois. The integration of this business into Mustang Seeds strengthens GDM's footprint and aligns with the company's broader U.S. strategy.

"We're thrilled to welcome the Legacy Seeds corn and soybean team into the Mustang Seeds family," said Terry Schultz, General Manager for the Mustang Seeds northern region. "Their dedication to grower success and commitment to quality mirrors our own values. This is more than a name change--it's a commitment to continue delivering the same trusted service with even greater resources and innovation."

Philip Chandler, North America Business Lead at GDM, added: "This is a key step in our strategy to unify and strengthen our presence in the U.S. market. By bringing Legacy Seeds' corn and soybean business under the Mustang Seeds brand, we're combining two trusted names to better serve growers with enhanced product offerings and localized support."

We are committed to providing farmers, dealers and retail partners with a seamless transition by maintaining a top-performing independent lineup and local support-- now backed by the strength and scale of the GDM brand.
