St. Johns, Mich. - AgroLiquid, a manufacturer and distributor of high-efficiency liquid fertilizer products, announces the addition of two experienced professionals to its team. Andy Kurncz joins the company as CFO and finance director and serves on the leadership team, and Kenna Rathai joins as corporate communications specialist.
Kurncz brings deep and diverse financial expertise to support the company's goals. His position will focus on strategic financial management, planning and analysis, risk management, and capital and resource allocation. He previously served in multiple leadership roles spanning different industries including public accounting, manufacturing and insurance. Prior to joining AgroLiquid, Kurncz served as managing director of performance management and strategy for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.

Rathai's strong background in agricultural communications will help shape the company's brand reputation through external messaging, strategic thought leadership and community relations. Prior to joining AgroLiquid, she spent the majority of her career with marketing communications agencies including broadhead and Colle+McVoy. She has also freelanced as a writer, media relations and PR professional. She is a former president of National Agri-Marketing Association and currently serves on the board of directors for the University of Illinois College of ACES Alumni Association.
