Leawood, KS- The National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA) has announced the recipients of the 2025 Professional Development Awards of Excellence (PDAE), recognizing two exceptional members for their contributions to the agricultural marketing industry.

The Professional Development Awards of Excellence will be formally presented during NAMA Nexus, October 14-16 in Milwaukee, where industry leaders from across the country gather to learn about the economies in agriculture.

This year's honorees are:

• LuElla Sprout, Director of Operations, Horizon Ag - Award for Marketing Communications

• Erin Rossow, Sales Manager, Ag Management Solutions - Award for Sales

LuElla Sprout - Marketing Communications

LuElla Sprout
As Director of Operations at Horizon Ag, LuElla Sprout has been instrumental in advancing the company's marketing communications strategy, strengthening its position in the rice industry, and elevating its brand recognition nationally. Her leadership has been credited with Horizon Ag's multiple Best of NAMA Awards, the launch of innovative grower-focused tools, and the company's strong marketing evolution over the past several years. A dedicated NAMA volunteer, Sprout has served as treasurer of the Mid-South Chapter for more than a decade, supported student NAMA teams, and played key roles in planning national conferences.

As Sales Manager for Ag Management Solutions, Erin Rossow has excelled in creating partnerships, securing sponsorships, and delivering growth for multiple agricultural associations, including the Minnesota Soybean Growers Association and the Specialty Soya and Grains Alliance. In the past 18 months, she spearheaded new events that expanded sales and existing trade shows and member initiatives. Known for her creative approach, strong relationship-building, and servant leadership, Rossow also actively promotes NAMA within her professional network, encouraging others to engage with the association.

"These awards celebrate the very best of agricultural marketing," said Jennifer Pickett, CEO, NAMA. "LuElla and Erin embody the innovation, professionalism, and passion that define our industry.
