He has served on several key CLA committees, including the Making America Healthy Again Task Force, the FIFRA Improvement Task Force, and most notably as Chairperson of the CLA Law Committee. Brian's leadership has been pivotal in developing collaborative strategies to address emerging regulatory challenges in the crop protection industry. "This recognition is truly humbling and represents far more than individual achievement," said Brian. "It reflects the collaborative spirit of our industry and the meaningful impact we strive to create through CLA. While legal expertise is immensely important, this award acknowledges our broader contributions in addressing industry-wide challenges and advancing solutions that benefit the entire agricultural community--for which I am deeply appreciative."
