This unification brings together two respected cooperatives with shared strengths in agronomy and energy, creating new opportunities for our farmer-owners, employees and communities. Both boards completed a focused unification study to evaluate strategic alignment, operational strengths, and long-term member value. After careful consideration, both boards concluded that unifying will best position the cooperatives for future growth, innovation, and continued service excellence. The unified cooperative will operate under the Farmward Cooperative name and will serve farmer members across multiple counties in central Minnesota. This unification is not about changing who we are - it's about building on our collective strengths to deliver more for our patrons and employees.
