Mar. 11, 2026 Source: Mahindra news release Mahindra Ag North America (MAgNA) announced that Mahindra and Mitsubishi will be concluding their joint venture, Mitsubishi Mahindra Agriculture, focused on the production of farm equipment. Company leaders emphasized this transition is the result of a well-planned and strategic decision and reaffirmed Mahindra's commitment to delivering high-quality products tailored to the North American market. Throughout the course of the joint venture, the two companies collaborated extensively in research, product development and engineering. Mahindra will continue to leverage the shared experience, data and knowledge to design, build and produce tractors that meet and exceed the expectations of its dealers and customers. The companies will continue to support existing products in the market with parts, warranty and service for years to come. As part of this transition, Mahindra will introduce several new product offerings in the coming months to replace current models previously produced through the joint venture. Utility tractor models spanning 26-70 HP will be added to the lineup. Inventory continuity has been carefully planned to ensure dealers and customers continue to have access to products throughout the transition.
