VYLOR'S SPINOFF OKD BY JUDGE, CORTEVA'S STOCK PRICE DOWN 75%
SeeingAlpha.com reports:

A U.S. District Court issued a second denial on Wednesday, rejecting California's motion to temporarily block Corteva Inc.'s (CTVA) planned spinoff of its seed business into an independent entity, Vylor Inc., clearing the pathway for the corporate separation to complete as scheduled on October 1, 2026.

On distribution day, Corteva's stock dropped about 75% as the equity value of its seed business transferred to newly independent Vylor Inc.

In its order, the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina noted that while California had known about the planned Vylor Inc. spinoff since at least December 4, 2025, the state waited until just 17 days before the closing date to file its motion for an injunction.
