Source: AgCareers news release

Ames, Iowa -- AgCareers is launching a series of free webinars for the talent space starting with "How to Successfully Hire and Onboard Talent New to Agriculture." This complimentary webinar on November 18th will address transferable skills to look for in candidates without agricultural experience, and more.

"We know it can be difficult to find candidates who check every box," said Clara Taylor, Digital Marketing Coordinator at AgCareers. "If agriculture experience is the box that's missing, we're here to help. This webinar will explore ways to introduce new hires to the industry and equip them for long-term success."

You should expect to take away from the webinar:

How to identify which agricultural qualifications are essential and which can be taught

Practical strategies for onboarding employees who are new to the industry

How to create a welcoming workplace where new employees can succeed

How the Ag Onboarding Academy can support foundational agricultural training
