Source: Bunge news release
St. Louis, MO - Bunge today announced the closing of its acquisition of Central Washington Corn Processors, Inc. (CWCP), a leading provider of feed processing services in the Pacific Northwest.
Located in Richland, Washington, CWCP operates a modern bulk-commodity handling facility that supports the distribution of key grain and oilseed agricultural products to dairies, ranches, feedlots, and commercial customers across the region.
The facility is strategically positioned with dual access to BNSF and Union Pacific rail networks and offers high-capacity unloading, storage, and processing capabilities, making it an important asset in the regional feed supply chain.
"This transaction represents an important step in expanding Bunge's feed solutions footprint and strengthening our ability to serve customers in the Pacific Northwest and support continued growth in the region's livestock and dairy sectors," said Rayner Freyberg, Bunge's US Country Manager. "By combining CWCP's proven operations, strategic location, and strong customer relationships with Bunge's global expertise and network, we are well positioned to enhance service, increase efficiency, and unlock new opportunities for our customers across the Pacific Northwest."
