John O'Brien
BUCKNER, Ky. - Fastline Marketing Group (FMG) is pleased to announce that John O'Brien has joined the company as President, effective November 2, 2026. His arrival marks an important next step as FMG continues to strengthen its team, expand its capabilities, and help businesses grow through strategic, results-driven marketing.

O'Brien brings decades of experience in leadership, sales, operations, and business growth. Most recently, he served as Vice President and General Manager of WAVE in Louisville, where he led the organization from 2022 to 2026. Prior to that, he spent 14 years as Vice President and General Manager of WNDU-TV in South Bend, Indiana. His career also includes leadership positions in sales and media organizations throughout the Midwest.

Throughout his career, O'Brien has focused on building strong teams, improving operations, developing talent, and creating strategies that drive sustainable growth. His leadership philosophy centers on trust, clear communication, accountability, collaboration, and disciplined execution.

"John brings the kind of leadership experience that fits where we are headed as a company," said Director of Marketing, Casey Minzenberger. "He understands how to bring people together around a shared vision, build strong teams, and turn strategy into action. We are excited about what his leadership will mean for our employees, our clients, and the future of our organization."

As President, O'Brien will help guide the company's strategic direction, strengthen alignment across teams, and identify opportunities for continued growth. His combination of business leadership, revenue growth experience, and people-first management will play an important role as Fastline Marketing Group continues to evolve and broaden the ways it helps businesses reach their customers.

O'Brien earned his bachelor's degree in Media Sales and News from Ball State University. He is based in the Louisville, Kentucky area.

"Great organizations are built by great people working toward a common goal," said O'Brien. "I'm excited to join the team and build on the experience, talent, and relationships already in place. There is a tremendous opportunity ahead of us, and I'm looking forward to working together to help our clients and our company grow."
