Sep. 13, 2006 Source: New Holland news release David Clarke has been named Vice President of New Holland Agricultural Business in North America, effective September 11, 2006. In his new position, Clarke oversees the sales, marketing and support functions of New Holland agricultural products in North America. Clarke, who reports directly to Marco MazzĂș, global President of New Holland Agricultural Equipment, replaces Dennis Recker, who has elected to retire at the end of 2006 after more than 32 years of service to the company. Recker will remain active in the company the remainder of the year to appropriately transition his responsibilities to Clarke. Most recently, Clarke has served as Vice President, New Holland Global Product Marketing. The individual replacing Clarke in that position will be the subject of a future announcement. Prior to beginning his career with New Holland earlier this year, Clarke served as Vice President for Marketing at NACCO Material Handling Group, which manufactures and markets Hyster and Yale forklift trucks. He also has more than 20 years of experience with PACCAR Inc., manufacturer of heavy-duty, over the road trucks including Kenworth and Peterbilt brands. His background includes proficiencies in distribution, purchasing, material planning, product marketing, service and sales. Clarke earned his MBA from the University of Washington. He will continue to work in the New Holland Headquarters office based in New Holland, Penna. Tweet |
