NOVUS INTERNATIONAL NAMES NEW EXECUTIVE VP

Novus International Inc., a leading innovator of animal health and nutrition programs, announced today the promotion of Dr. Giovanni Gasperoni from Vice President to Executive Vice President, Marketing and Sales.
"Novus has been very successful in expanding to deliver value-added solutions to our customers. We have evolved into an organization with multiple product lines for multiple species." stated Thad Simons, President and Chief Executive Officer, Novus International Inc. "Continuing this momentum will require executive leadership with a deep understanding of our customer's business and a limitless commitment to innovation."
Over the past several years Dr. Gasperoni has led the evolution of the Novus product portfolio from animal dietary supplements to complete animal health programs. Through his leadership, Novus developed and introduced over 70 new products in categories including: Amino Acids, Trace Minerals, Feed Quality, and Early Nutrition. Products lines have been established for Poultry, Swine, Ruminant, Aquaculture, and Companion Animals.

Dr. Gasperoni earned his Ph.D. from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Bologna.
