80% OF BUHLER INDUSTRIES SHARES ACQUIRED BY RUSSIAN-BASED COMBINE MANUFACTURER

Buhler Industries announces that the offer of Combine Factory Rostselmash Ltd. to acquire 80% of
the common shares of the Corporation have been successful and the shares have been taken up in accordance with the terms of the offer published in the circular.
Rostselmash is a major combine manufacturer located in Rostov-on-Don, Russia that produces over 17% of the total world production of agricultural combines. For more information visit www.rostselmash.com.
