Mar. 9, 2010 Source: Charleston|Orwig news release Charleston|Orwig has promoted Mark Gale to president, Marcy Tessmann to vice president and Brittany Unterweger to account supervisor of the marketing communications agency. Mark Gale "Mark has played an integral role in the evolution and success of C|O over the last seven years," said Lyle E. Orwig, Charleston|Orwig chief executive officer. "As president Mark will continue to lead the agency and provide valuable, strategic direction for our clients as they fully integrate offline and online communications programs." Mark joined Charleston|Orwig in 2003 and helped to shape the development of C|O's two complementary areas of focus: Reputation Management and Integrated Marketing. He continues to work with key management at client companies while also directing the agency's overall focus and operations. Before joining Charleston|Orwig, Mark spent time as a partner in a successful agency for nine years and was one of the founders of its independent interactive division. Marcy Tessmann "Marcy is a leader by example within our agricultural account services group," says Orwig. "Our clients enjoy working with Marcy and respect the strategic direction and vast knowledge and background in agriculture that she provides for their business." In her most recent position, Marcy served as group director for the agricultural account services department, and will continue to oversee and steer activities for all agricultural clients. Brittany Unterweger "Brittany has demonstrated her leadership skills and has gained a high level of respect within our agricultural account service team and from our clients," says Orwig. "As the account lead on Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition, Brittany will continue to spearhead this important, longstanding client, while also providing support for our new business efforts." Brittany has been a member of the Charleston|Orwig team for the past seven years and continues to serve as the leader on the Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition and Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin accounts.
