AGRIBANK NAMES TWO NEW EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENTS

AgriBank, St. Paul, MN, promotes Brian J. O'Keane to Executive Vice President, Banking and Finance and Chief Financial Officer, and Bill Johnson to Executive Vice President, Business Services.

"It is with great confidence that I announce a consolidation of our reporting structure to better posture our Bank, and its flexible and proven business model, to continue to be an even more robust and diversified partner to our affiliated Associations serving rural America. Brian and Bill exemplify successful and diversified experience from both within and outside the Farm Credit System and demonstrate the strength of the executive team we have built to sustain our future," said Bill York, AgriBank CEO.

O'Keane's newly created position includes Association relationship management and government affairs in addition to his current leadership of treasury and finance. He joined AgriBank in 2007 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining AgriBank, he held a series of key financial leadership roles within CNH Capital, the captive financial services arm of Case New Holland Inc., including global treasurer.

O'Keane holds a BS Degree in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA Degree in Finance, Accounting and International Business from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.

Johnson's newly created position includes broader responsibilities for business services, minerals management, insurance and AgriBank communications in addition to his current leadership of technology and enterprise risk management. Having most recently served as AgriBank Senior Vice President, Chief Risk & Information Officer, Johnson has a diversified background within the Farm Credit System including positions at Northwest Farm Credit Services (Spokane), Farm Credit Services of Mid-America (Louisville) and the Farm Credit Bank of Louisville. Prior to joining AgriBank, he was Executive Vice President of Farm Credit Financial Partners, Inc.

Johnson is a graduate of the University of Evansville with a BS Degree in Finance and holds an MBA from Gonzaga University.
