Independent business communications firm Gibbs & Soell, Inc. has expanded its European capabilities through a joint venture with int/ext Communications AG in Basel, Switzerland. The joint venture encompasses Gibbs & Soell's existing operations in Zurich and dramatically strengthens the firm's depth and breadth in the region.
