CONTEXT NETWORK ADDS TWO NEW SENIOR ASSOCIATES

Kellie Gypin has joined The Context Network as a Senior Associate. Kellie will put her twenty-plus years of senior management experience to work for Context's clients in leading key business development and program initiatives.

Context Partner Mark Holland said, "Kellie is a very efficient professional in areas ranging from strategic planning to tactical oversight. She is specifically effective at collaboratively balancing organization, processes and technologies to achieve optimum results. We are very pleased to have her on our elite team of executive professionals."

Gypin has served in executive management roles and has directly been responsible for business development and strategy, portfolio management and processes, integration management and business intelligence solutions.

"I am thrilled to join The Context Network," Gypin said. "The organization provides a strong blend of skills and specific industry knowledge to meet the specific client situation. It is an opportunity for me to put to work the skills I have developed over the years in strategy, process and technology to enhance the exceptional talents offered by Context. Gypin holds a B.S. degree in mathematics from the College of Charleston. She resides in Charleston, South Carolina.

Karen Cook also joins the company to serve as a Senior Associate. She brings more than 20 years of experience to the network from a career of leadership and management in biotech regulatory affairs, chemistry safety, and project management and systems oversight.

Context Partner, Nathan Ramsey said, "Karen's success in coordinating teams and managing projects for effective outcomes provides our clients with a rich resource. She has worked with industry representatives, trade groups and downstream companies around the world. At each interface, she brings timely and operational solutions to the challenges at hand. We are pleased to welcome Karen to our team."

Having worked with major chemical, crop protection, seed and animal health companies in professional and consulting roles, Cook's career has spanned a wide range of chemistries, crops, and geographies, as well as with biological drug development, manufacturing, and launch planning.

Her regulatory and technical management skills allow her to effectively advance goals while managing within a given project or program.

Cook holds a B.S. degree in chemistry from the University of Illinois, and certification in project management. She resides in St. Louis and has two children.
