AUSTRALIAN VET PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY ESTABLISHES ITS NA HEADQUARTERS IN KANSAS CITY AREA

Agricultural Business Council of Kansas City reports:
Parnell, a global veterinary pharmaceutical company, has established its North American headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas.
The Australian company received a $400,000 grant from the Kansas Bioscience Authority in November to help relocate to the region's growing Animal Health Corridor.
"As we considered our entrance into the North American market, we felt it made total sense to locate our headquarters in the Animal Health Corridor in Kansas City," Parnell CEO Robert Joseph said, adding, "We look forward to the partnerships that we will be able to develop by being located here."
The new location in Corporate Woods will accommodate 13 employees in sales, marketing, finance, administration and clinical science, with plans to grow during the next few years.
