CONFLUENCE MARKETING MOVES INTO NEW LOCATION IN RED WING, MN Jan. 26, 2015
Source: Confluence Marketing news release
After inspiring positive change for clients for more than 10 years, Confluence Marketing has undertaken a little positive change of its own. The Red Wing, Minn., agency has relocated to a bigger, better space in Red Wing's historic pottery district.
"We've experienced unprecedented growth as a company over the last few years, and our offices downtown were bursting at the seams," said Confluence President Tim McKim. "So when we had an opportunity to build our own space from the ground up, we used our extensive capabilities to create an inspiring place to create inspiring work for our clients."
The new Confluence, located at 1926 Old West Main Street, takes full advantage of its environment. Inside, the completely redesigned building is a medley of the old and the new. Antique and repurposed fixtures throughout the building add old-world character, while writable, magnetic glass surfaces and cutting-edge network capabilities add modern functionality to the entire 5,500 square feet. A wide-open floorplan promotes collaboration and organic idea-sharing, while there are plenty of nooks and crannies for quiet escape. Table tennis and air hockey tables are on hand to settle creative disputes.
Beautiful views of the Mississippi River and the 120-year-old Red Wing Pottery factory can be taken in from nearly anywhere in the building, and two major bike trails intersect just down the street. Employees have access to a number of company bicycles, when they want to get the creative juices flowing.
"We wanted a workplace that is inspiring to everyone who walks inside," said McKim. "So we built one. It's where we want to work, not where we have to. I think our clients sense that when they visit, and that leads to better work on both ends."
