INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL SEED ASSN NAMES NEW COMMUNICATIONS LEAD

The Independent Professional Seed Association (IPSA) appoints Catherine Ballard as communications lead effective July 13, 2015.
"I am happy to have Catherine join IPSA in this new role. Catherine's experience in communicating with modern technology and her enthusiasm will bring great value to our members", says IPSA chief executive officer Todd Martin.
Identified as a strategic pillar in a recent planning meeting with members, this new role highlights the importance of creating a strong communication structure for IPSA and its members.
Ballard studied at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas where she competed on the tennis team. She is a recent resident of North East Arkansas, but is originally from Texas. She worked as an office manager for six years for a well-known figure in the fitness world. Including her experience as an office manager, she has worked for years in customer service and assisting.
