4-H, TRACTOR SUPPLY COMPANY LAUNCH NATIONAL FUNDRAISING, CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAMS
Source: 4-H news release

4-H has announced two exciting programs in partnership with Tractor Supply Company stores nationwide that will raise funds for local 4-H programming and provide savings for 4 H members who shop at the major retailer. The 4-H Paper Clover fundraiser begins the first week of November and the TSC Clover Card promotion is now currently available online.

The 4-H Paper Clover fundraiser is a national, in-store fundraising effort that will benefit state and local 4-H programming in each of the communities where a Tractor Supply Company store is located. Beginning Friday, Nov. 5, through Sunday, Nov. 14, each of the more than 900 stores will allow shoppers the opportunity to support their local 4-H by purchasing paper clovers at checkout for just $1. All funds raised will be donated to 4-H and will support camps, after-school programs and other 4-H youth development program activities.

"We are excited to begin our fall Paper Clover event with the tremendous support of Tractor Supply Company again this year," said Donald T. Floyd Jr., president and CEO of National 4-H Council. "Tractor Supply continues to be an excellent partner in our efforts to drive local support of, and community involvement in, 4-H programs throughout the country. Their partnership in Paper Clover will help provide funding to 4-H in more than 900 Tractor Supply Company communities across the nation, allowing youth to explore interests in everything from animal science to robotics."

With the success of the semi-annual 4-H Paper Clover fundraiser, Tractor Supply Company is launching the TSC Clover Card program for 4-H'ers, their families, 4-H volunteers and 4-H staff. The program will provide members with a 10 percent coupon when signing up, member-only store coupons, and notifications of special store promotions for savings on store purchases. And with each purchase and use of the card, the member's local 4-H club will be entered into a monthly drawing for a $500 TSC gift card.

"Partnering with 4-H is an excellent way for Tractor Supply to give back to the 4-H members and families who shop with us today," said John Wendler, Senior Vice President, Marketing at Tractor Supply. "It is a natural fit for us to support the organizations of interest to our customers, particularly all the local 4-H clubs in the nearly 1,000 communities we serve.

Tractor Supply Company is a source for 4-H project supplies and now, 4-H'ers can receive exclusive offers from TSC for 4-H project supplies. Registration for the TSC Clover Card is only available online until Nov. 21. Visit www.tractorsupplycompany.com/4-H for more information and to enroll in the program.

Tractor Supply Company operates more than 900 stores in 44 states. The Company's stores are focused on supplying the lifestyle needs of recreational farmers and ranchers. The Company also serves the maintenance needs of those who enjoy the rural lifestyle, as well as tradesmen and small businesses.
