NAT'L CATTLEMEN'S BEEF ASSN WINS BIG WOTUS CIRCUIT COURT DECISION

National Cattlemen's Beef Association (NCBA) reports:
Last week the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit reversed the Colorado injunction of the Navigable Waters Protection Rule (NWPR), siding with NCBA and a coalition of trade groups. The Court ruled that Colorado failed to show irreparable injury on the record before the Court.
Due to this ruling, NWPR is now effective law in Colorado and all 50 states are now enjoying the NWPR. NCBA worked for years on behalf of all cattle producers to ensure the 2015 Waters of The U.S. Rule (WOTUS) was repealed giving critical relief to our industry.
